Live-Action Rurouni Kenshin to Be Shown in Philippines in December

The SM Cinema theaters in the Philippines will screen Keishi Otomo's live action Rurouni Kenshin film in December.  The film will begin screening at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City, Megamall in Mandaluyong City, and North Edsa in Quezon City on December 5.

Kuro to Kin no Akanai Kagi Game for Female Players Gets Anime




The official website Prime Time announced that an anime adaptation of Kuro to Kin no Akanai Kagi game has been green-lit for early winter next year.

In this otome game, the heroine, Kanade Katagiri stopped going to school and became a hikikomori who never left her home. She then has a dream where a mysterious voice tells her to go out, and she steps outside for the first time in nearly a year. She encounters four young men with whom she develops yandere relationships.

One Piece Film Z Prologue to Air in Japan's NOTTV Service


Japan's new NOTTV broadcast service for mobile devices will air a One Piece anime special from December to January. The "One Piece Summit" special will feature "Glorious Island", an exclusive anime prologue to One Piece Film Z with an original story by manga creator Eiichiro Oda.

NOTTV is also airing One Piece television episodes 1 through 30 with extras and other content. One Piece Film Z will open in Japan in December 15. The film will feature "Z" (Zetto), the Straw Hat pirate crew's "strongest enemy yet" who was designed by Oda.

3rd Bakuman Series' 1st Episode Preview Streamed

The official page for the 3rd Bakuman anime series launched last Saturday and began streaming a 20-second preview for the first episode "Iijo to Ketsudan." (Willpower and Decision.).

The 3rd series will premiere on Saturday 5:30pm on the Japanese public broadcaster NHK.

The manga has been running since 2008, and it inspired the first anime adaptation in fall of 2010. The second anime followed on October of 2011.

"Say 'I love you'" Anime's 1st Ad Aired

The anime will premiere on October 6 on Japan.

A commercial began airing for the upcoming Suki-tte Ii na yo shojo television anime. Like the previous promotional video, the ad features the anime's opening theme song, "friendship~ for Suki-tte Ii na yo." written by the late Ritsuko Okazaki.

Crunchyroll to Stream My Little Monster/ Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun

Crunchyroll announced on Monday that it will begin streaming the My Little Monster TV anime series on the same day at 1:30 pm EDT.
The streaming will be available in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, North America, Central America, and South America.

This anime is premiering in Japan on Monday with the opening theme song "Q&A Recital!" by Tomatsu and the ending theme song "White Wishes" by the female group 9nine.
